On March 31, 2011 Enemona AD has signed an agreement with Sofia France Auto AD to sell 10,497,999 oridinary shares, which represent 99.98% of the equity of Agro Invest Engineering AD. Determined purchase price is 18,421,758 BGN and the agreement include a package of 49.96 % of the shares of Lomsko Pivo AD (held by Agro Invest Engineering AD).
Enemona AD has been approved by the Italian company Diemme to execute a contract for equipment supply, assembly, start-up and commissioning of a de-hydrating facility at Mochovce NPP, Slovakia. By means of this additional work, the total amount of the contracts, related to construction and assembly activities, carried out by Enemona at Mochovce NPP reach EUR 55 673 750,59.
