On June 22, 2010, by means of E-Register, the united system for disclosure of public information of the Financial Supervision Commission and the Bulgarian Stock Exchange - Sofia, Enemona presented the new Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for 2009 of the Group of Companies. The Document consolidates the gross revenues from sales of the subsidiary Enemona Utilities.

Enemona's management decided to distribute dividend for 2009. The sum amounts to BGN 1.5 million, which corresponds to 15% of the non-consolidated profit of the company, or a gross of BGN 0.12569 per share. The decision is a result of a series of meetings held with the investment community.
